lol. customers are customers. I can't believe how petty and nasty people are sometimes. But then, other customers are just so lovely it's a pleasure to do things for them.
But at the moment the management at my work is pretty frustrating ... even worse than it used to be, and that was pretty bad.
I feel sorry for the staff. I wish I had the power to make things a little better for them. As it is, all I can do is try to buffer them a bit.
